How long it takes to approve my account?

Your account will be approved within 2-5 business hours. Once you complete the final step, your application automatically escalates to our specialist for consideration. We review every application carefully, then approve it. Sometimes it may take longer.

What if I didn't fill the this step-2 form?

Your account will be approved for login only. But you can not get any work. So, if you seriously want to start working? Please fill out the step-2 form and submit it shortly.

Can I access dashboard without completing the final step?

Yes, you can log in to your account navigate the member dashboard. But you cannot access features before account approval.

My application rejected what I do?

If your account opening application was rejected by our specialist, please contact to support team. Don’t be panic.
